laws and decrees issued by the Government in the field of measurement.
 
  • The Law on Measurement No. 04/2011/QH13 of the National Assembly of Vietnam was issued on November 11, 2011.
 
     This law covers measurement, rights and responsibilities of entities participating in measurement. It applies to entities participating in measurement in Vietnam.     
 
  • Circular  24/2013/TT-BKHCN issued by the Ministry of Science and Technology on September 30, 2013. This circular has been effective since November 15, 2013.
 
    The circular stipulates the activities of inspection, calibration, testing measuring equipment and measurement standards.    
 
  • Decree No. 105/2016/NĐ-CP was issued by the Government of Vietnam on July 1, 2016
 
        

This decree prescribes the operational conditions of organizations conducting the inspection, calibration, and testing of measuring devices and measurement standards. It also outlines the rights and obligations of organizations and individuals involved in the inspection, calibration, and testing of measuring devices and measurement standards.
