3- There are enough procedures for testing measuring equipment.

The testing procedure for measuring equipment must be in accordance with the guidelines of the Ministry of Science and Technology or international recommendations of the International Statutory Metrology Organization, the standards of the International Electrotechnical Commission, the standards of International Organization for Standardization, relevant manufacturer's documentation.

4- There are at least 2 technical staff for each field of activity. These technicians must be public employees or contract workers with a term of 12 months or more.

5- Meet the following requirements for independence and objectivity:

a/ Testing of measuring equipment must be public and transparent about the announced application testing process;

b) The head of the organization providing the testing service of measuring equipment must comply with the announced applied inspection management system and procedures and take responsibility for the accuracy of the performed inspection results. ;

c- The measuring equipment tester must comply with the announced testing procedures and take responsibility for the accuracy of the test results performed.

6- Established and maintained a management system in accordance with the National Standard ISO/IEC 17025 for the inspection of measuring equipment.

There is a document from the head of the organization that stipulates:

Management of certificates (stamps, seals, certificates) of measuring equipment inspection, professional technical measures (sealing, lead clamping...) must be performed when inspecting, to prevent and control the impact that changes the main metrological characteristics of measuring instruments and measurement standards during use.

7- Having a certificate of registration to provide measurement equipment inspection services as prescribed in this Decree.
